Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead instructional initiatives and teacher development aligned with district goals.

🔹 Implement and oversee PBIS, student services, and discipline policies.
🔹 Collaborate with faculty and district leadership on curriculum, assessment, and school improvement strategies.
🔹 Serve as a visible and engaged leader in the school community.
Qualifications:
✅ PA Principal Certification (or eligibility) (Elementary Principal K-6 and Secondary Principal 7-12 or Principal K-12)
✅ Demonstrated experience in instructional leadership
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✅ Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive school environment
