Greg Bennett graduated from Central Columbia High School in 2003. He participated in Tennis where is he regarded one of the best tennis player ever to play at Central Columbia. Greg earned varsity letters all four years of his high school tennis career. He earned District 4 championships in 2001, 2002 and 2003. He also was a Pennsylvania State Singles Finalist in 2002 and a state runner-up in 2003. Greg's overall tennis record is an outstanding mark of 85 wins with only 2 losses and in divisional play Greg was undefeated with a record of 81-0. He earned a scholarship to Millersville University where he was the number one singles and doubles player during his career. He was named PSAC rookie of the year, All PSAC singles and doubles player from the years 2004-2007. After graduating from college, he became the assistant tennis coach at Bloomsburg University and then moved onto become the head instructor at the Saucon Valley Country Club. Greg currently lives in Coopersburg, PA with his girlfriend Kristen Wong.

Gene Coleman
Gene Coleman, a 1970 graduate of Central Columbia High School, participated in Football, Wrestling and Baseball for four years. Gene earned 12 varsity letters during his athletic career at Central Columbia. He was named All-Anthracite League Player for three years in football, voted best lineman by the Susquehanna Valley League and voted most valuable player in baseball. He earned championships during the Bob Rohm and Hughesville Wrestling Tournaments. Gene attended Wilkes-Barre Business College for Business Administration where he earned an Associate Degree and later received a Bachelor's Degree from Dyke College. Gene worked for 32 years with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the Department of Public Welfare. He has coached youth football and baseball as well as been a PIAA Official for 25 plus years for baseball and football. Gene is married to Shelby Coleman for the past 26 years.

Mitch Morrison
Mitch Morrison graduated in 1987 and was very involved in his years at Central Columbia High School. Mitch participated in basketball for all four years of his high school career. He earned League Most Valuable Player honors in 1986, he was named to the first team All-League in 1987 and was an honorable mention all-star at the state level. Mitch completed his high school career as a 1,000 point scorer at Central Columbia. After graduation, Mitch attended York College. He and his wife Kelly have five children Christian, Nicholas, Paige, Lilly and Isabel.
1972-73 & 1973-74 Boys Basketball Team
Members of these two teams were: Steve Bright, Joe Zosh, Greg Norton, Craig Mensinger, Mike Criqui, Bill Lynch, Craig Glodfelter, Don Welch, Jeff Dewalt, Chris Ehmer, Brent Bankus, Jeff Wasser, Scott Eroh, Steve Grasely, Frank Drumm, Steve Morucci, Mike Morrucci, Robert Hartzell, Dave Belkoski, James Hollister and Mike Broda. The 1972/73 and 73/74 edition of Blue Jay Basketball won numerous titles such as: they were the Susquehanna Valley League "B&" Champions as well as the District 4 "B&" Champions. These teams ended their season as the state eastern quarter-finalists. The 1972/73 team ended their season with a record of 24 wins and only four losses while the 1973/74 team ended their season with a record of 21wins and only five losses. These teams were comprised of many multiple sport athletes that excelled at each sport they participated in.

2011 Swim Relay Team
The following girls comprised the state winning relay team and represented Central Columbia and the Class of 2013: Katie Saloky, Kelsey Chyko, Beth Grazio and Dani Blass. This medley swim relay team was a District 4 and PIAA state championship team earning gold for their efforts as well as aided the entire swim team to District 4 title and a third place overall finish at the state meet in 2011. Their time of 1 minute and 47.71 seconds is a school record for this event. These girls earned All-State honors in swimming, First Team Press-Enterprise for winter sports, All-American high school swimming honors as well as earning Academic All-American honors while participating in high school swimming.
