Transportation is provided for pupils in grades K through 12 to public and non-public schools as required by law. Any student whose behavior is detrimental to the welfare or safety of other students or refuses to follow directions may be denied the privilege of riding the school bus.
It is recommended that students arrive at the bus stop 5 to 10 minutes before the bus is scheduled to arrive. Please inform your child to wait a reasonable amount of time for the bus to arrive. Please keep in mind that busses may not always arrive on the time due to adverse weather conditions or traffic delays.
Board policy 7100 clearly spells out the district's transportation policy. The district provides transportation to and from one location throughout theyear. Requests to after drop-off/pick-up arrangements will not be honored due to the complexities of the ever changing family structure. Please refer to student handbooks for detais.
